1. Veterans can enjoy priority and preferential treatment in public ****service organizations and places within the administrative area of the province with the Veteran's Preferential Treatment Certificate.
2. Veterans holding the Veterans' Preferential Treatment Card can enjoy priority service in public ****service institutions and places such as railroads, highways, airways, ports, financial institutions, parks, scenic spots, tourist attractions, museums, memorials, open cultural relics protection units, and citizens' service centers, etc., within the administrative area of the province.
3. Veterans holding the Veterans' Preferential Treatment Card enjoy priority registration and other services at local medical service organizations within the administrative area of the province.
4. Veterans holding the Certificate of Privileges for Ex-Servicemen shall be exempted from admission fees for visiting government-invested parks, scenic spots, tourist attractions, museums, monuments, and open cultural relics protection units within the administrative area of the province on the basis of the Certificate of Privileges.
5. Priority is given to civil service matters with the Certificate of Preferential Treatment. Staying in public institutions for the elderly, the same conditions should be preferred for adoption or stay.
