The laurel of honor is woven with thorns. After overcoming difficulties again and again, it has finally made a qualitative leap.
The analysis of potential problems of missiles is a recognized problem in the field of missile technology. In the past, in order to identify a technical fault, at least 10 experts had to conduct repeated analysis, hypothesis and verification tests ... ranging from hours to days. A few years ago, this method had a revolutionary change: a device only the size of a desktop computer can complete the whole process of missile weapon control system from "pulse-cutting" to "diagnosis" within a few minutes when the missile enters the test state, and it is the "computer-aided potential problem analysis system" developed by Hu Changhua that makes this process intelligent. Hu Changhua was an ordinary young teacher when he paid attention to this problem. With a strong sense of responsibility as a military science and technology worker, he first put forward the idea of "computer-aided potential problem analysis technology research" in China, and wrote a detailed demonstration report, which attracted the attention of the head of the Second Artillery Corps and was included in the key research topic. There is no literature, no precedent, and a lot of cutting-edge knowledge in high-tech fields. The difficulty coefficient of the topic is beyond imagination. However, in Hu Changhua's dictionary, there has never been the word "impossible". He searched for similar cases at home and abroad, summarized and refined the analytical methods and laws of potential problems in vast amounts of data, and read millions of words of scientific works. After a painful cocoon breaking, success finally broke into a butterfly. During the first flight of a new missile, the system developed by Hu Changhua showed amazing efficiency: through qualitative simulation and repeated comparison under different working conditions, four potential problems of the missile were found, and the corresponding design adjustment scheme was put forward. Faced with impeccable reasoning and data, experts agreed with Hu Changhua's conclusion and modified the defects in the design. In the same year, the Party Committee of the Second Artillery approved Hu Changhua to be promoted to professor. At the age of 33, he is the youngest in the phalanx of professors in the missile force.
One percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration made Hu Changhua.
Like a hard-working bee, wherever he goes, Hu Changhua never forgets to delve into intelligent potential problem analysis technology and fault diagnosis technology, thinking and exploring, and creatively putting forward his own unique academic views. Hu Changhua has made great achievements with his own sweat. Its academic monograph "Analysis and Design of Control System Fault Diagnosis and Fault-tolerant Control" is funded by the National Defense Publishing Fund and printed twice a year. The theoretical works of wavelet analysis have been listed as excellent bestsellers by China Education and Research Network for four consecutive years. At the 20th International Aviation Science Conference, his academic paper "The Design of an Observer" attracted the attention of participating experts. He was also hired as a communication evaluation expert by the Ministry of Education and the Information Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In August of 20001year, a design institute proposed to the Second Artillery Corps to analyze the potential problems of a newly developed missile, and suggested that the analysis results of Hu Changhua's analysis system be compared with those of similar systems of other units. In hot Beijing, Hu Changhua lived in the basement for a month. After reading all the materials, he reformed the system with his unique understanding, not only found out many potential problems in the design of this type of weapon, but also put forward corresponding design adjustment schemes, which were adopted by designers. On1October 20th, 2004, 165438, Hu Changhua was awarded as a scientific and technological worker. At the annual meeting of China Association for Science and Technology, Yang Zhenning, a famous scientist, personally presented Hu Changhua with an important award certificate.
For Hu Changhua, the meaning of success is that the number of times to stand up again is more than the number of times to fall.
Science is the cause of the brave. This courage is not only reflected in innovation, but also in the moment of denying yourself. In the test range, the missile launch is often delayed due to failure, which makes Hu Changhua have the idea of developing a set of "missile test and launch control battlefield repair system" as convenient and dexterous as a stethoscope. For three months, Hu Changhua shut himself up in the laboratory after class every day, analyzing line by line, parameter by parameter, like peeling cocoon and spinning silk ... When his eyes were swollen, he ordered eye drops and continued to look with a magnifying glass. Be pregnant in October and give birth once. Just as the project was about to be completed, it encountered "dystocia". In September 2000, with Hu Changhua's great efforts, a prototype was developed and successfully passed the stand-alone test. However, to his surprise, in the subsequent comprehensive tests of earthquake resistance and low temperature, the work was abnormal. After careful investigation, it is found that there are problems in circuit board quality and defects in circuit board programming. Do you deny yourself the greater difficulties, or make minor repairs and adopt anti-interference measures for technical treatment? After a sleepless night, Hu Changhua made a decision the next day: redesign. Peer experts don't understand: it's not a major defect, so why bother? Hu Changhua has his own creed: scientific research is directly connected with the battlefield, and there can be no ambiguity. The terrible thing is not failure, but not daring to face the challenge after failure. Like a clockwork machine, he "stuck" in the laboratory all night, designing and verifying the mechanical parts and circuit boards of the prototype. After hundreds of tests, self-denial and self-improvement have gradually improved the technical performance of the system, and finally successfully developed the first portable on-site rapid repair system in China, which can realize online detection and rapid positioning of missile testing and launch control equipment failures, ranking at the international advanced level. In the winter of 2003, a silver sword was pointed at the sky at the live ammunition launch site of a brigade, ready to go. Suddenly, the operator of the launch console reported: "A certain work index is abnormal!" The experts at the scene immediately used the system developed by Hu Changhua for "diagnosis". After 3 minutes, the inspection result is displayed: a template data acquisition failed. 10 minutes later, the hidden danger is eliminated. With the deafening roar, the missile took off ... the launch was successful and achieved the best results. A joy of phoenix nirvana directly hit Hu Changhua's heart. Too late to celebrate, the young Hu Changhua plunged into a new challenge goal: to explore the frontier theory of whether the relationship missile can still work normally under certain fault conditions. For him, the greater transcendence will always be tomorrow.
