This time, the public recruitment registration of public institutions adopts the methods of unified time, online registration, online preliminary examination and online payment.
(1) Personal Registration

Applicants log on to the website of Boxing County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (www. Bxhrss.gov.cn), fill in and submit relevant personal application information as required, and upload my recent bareheaded front digital photo. Each person is limited to one post, and the sender is disqualified. Candidates can modify the registration information before the preliminary examination of the qualification of the recruiting unit, and automatically replace the previous information next time. The recruitment unit has passed the preliminary examination, and the registration information cannot be changed. Applicants must use the second-generation ID card within the validity period to register. To apply for a position with professional requirements, the major you have studied (based on the full name of the major on the graduation certificate) must fully meet the major listed in the column of "Recruitment Major" in the post setting table of this brochure. The registration information filled in by the applicant must be true, comprehensive and accurate. If the main information (such as major) is not true, it will be treated as fraud. The applicant shall bear the responsibility for the failure of the preliminary qualification examination due to incomplete information. Applicants who maliciously register registration information or disturb the registration order will be disqualified once verified.
(2) Prequalification

The competent department of the recruiting unit shall designate a special person to be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination. The qualification examiners shall conduct qualification examination according to the information submitted by the candidates. Those who are qualified for registration and meet the conditions for registration shall not refuse to register. For those who do not meet the registration conditions and fail the preliminary examination, the reasons shall be explained. If the submitted information is incomplete, it will not be reviewed.

(3) Online payment
Payment time: 20 17 February 15 June 1: 00— 18 June 16: 00.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must log on to the website of Boxing County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (www. Bxhrss.gov.cn) online payment within the specified time. Failing to go through the online payment procedures within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up. The written examination fee is 40 yuan per person.
Successful payers will download and print the admission ticket from 9: 00 on March 15, 20 19, 14: 30, as well as the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions and the Commitment Letter for Credibility of Staff in Institutions (for qualification examination, interview and inspection).
Candidates who intend to enjoy the examination fee waiver do not need to pay online. After passing the preliminary examination, you can go to Room 802, Office Building of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Boxing County at 20 17 February 14: 00- 17: 00 for examination fee waiver and confirmation. After the registration, if the number of applicants is less than 1:3 and it is planned to recruit 1 person, the recruitment position will be cancelled; If it is planned to recruit more than 2 people (inclusive), the plan shall be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion. Fourth, written test
According to different majors, the written test is divided into three categories: comprehensive, education and health, and each category takes one subject. The content of the comprehensive examination is public basic knowledge, including laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and other basic knowledge and comprehensive writing; The content of health examination consists of public health basic knowledge and medical and health professional basic knowledge, which account for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. Professional basic knowledge is put forward in three categories: medical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and nursing. The content of education examination consists of public education basic knowledge and teaching basic knowledge (including pedagogy and psychology professional knowledge), accounting for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. After the written test uses the percentage system to calculate the candidates' scores, 50% will be included in the total test scores.

Candidates are required to take the exam with a written admission ticket and a valid resident ID card (only for the second-generation ID card and temporary id card), both of which are indispensable.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the competent department of open recruitment of counties and institutions according to the number of job recruits and the written test. Those who pass the written test enter the interview at the ratio of 1: 3. Those who fail to reach the prescribed proportion shall take the written test according to the actual qualified number. Once the interviewer is announced, the vacancy of the interviewer due to failure to meet the registration conditions or abandonment of the interview will not be filled.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. The results of preliminary qualification examination are not the final basis for determining employment qualifications. Where in the follow-up work, it is found that those who have passed the preliminary examination do not meet the qualification for entering the examination or resort to deceit, once verified, their examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled immediately. Qualification examination shall be implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit.
Those who enter the scope of interview qualification examination after written examination shall participate in the on-site qualification examination according to the materials submitted in the Notice of Interview Qualification Examination. According to the materials submitted by the candidates, the qualification examiners conduct qualification examination on the candidates' qualifications, determine those who meet the interview conditions, and be responsible for the qualification examination results. Failure to conduct qualification examination within the specified time and submit relevant materials as required shall be deemed as abandonment. Those who do not meet the registration conditions will be disqualified. Those who pass the interview qualification examination will pay the interview examination fee of 70 yuan.
Candidates should carefully read the letter of commitment of good faith and sign it in person. The application materials submitted shall be true and accurate. Applicants who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified.
Sixth, the interview
The interview is based on a percentage system. 50% of the interview results are included in the total test score.
The interview focuses on evaluating the job adaptability of the candidate, and mainly examines the professional ethics, professional knowledge and business ability of the candidate.
Structured interviews are divided into comprehensive categories and health categories.
Trial lectures are implemented in education, and some positions are combined with skill tests. The county high school in Boxing County tried to use the existing second-grade textbooks. Junior high school and primary school try to use the current textbook of the second grade of junior high school in Boxing County, and the current textbook of the fourth grade of primary school in Boxing County is used for science majors. Music, physical education and fine arts majors should not only give lectures, but also conduct corresponding skill tests (lectures and skill tests each account for 50% of the interview results).
The specific time and place of the interview will be announced separately. Those who fail to attend the interview according to the specified time, place and certificate are deemed to have given up automatically.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the interview set a minimum qualified score of 60 points. After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores are converted in proportion, and the written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred. If the written test scores are the same, the one with the highest test scores is preferred. If the written test scores of other majors are the same and affect employment, reorganize the interview and determine the total score ranking.
Seven, inspection and physical examination
According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of candidates, the ratio of high scores to low scores is 1: 1, and candidates who enter the scope of investigation are determined and organized for investigation. The inspection mainly focuses on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and examines whether the applicants meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate.
Organize the physical examination of qualified personnel. Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.20051issued by the Ministry of People's Republic of China (PRC)) and Notice on (No.201KLOC-0/9 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), unless otherwise stipulated by the state. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Job vacancies caused by abandoning inspection and physical examination qualifications or unqualified inspection and physical examination will not be filled.
Eight, publicity and employment
Candidates who pass the examination, inspection and physical examination shall be uniformly publicized by the competent department of open recruitment of county institutions for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employer or the competent department shall put forward the employment opinions and report them to the organization department of the county party Committee and the county people's social security bureau for review. If the problems affecting employment are reflected and verified, they will not be employed. Employers and employees shall sign labor contracts and establish personnel relations in accordance with regulations. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and they will be formally employed after the expiration of the probation period. Those who fail to meet the requirements will terminate the employment contract.
