2.1 Is the humanistic care system insufficient?
The system is the first step to ensure good implementation. Only by formulating a complete humanistic care system can we guide the nursing staff to do what they should do and clarify what they should do. What caregivers should not do, and appropriate punishments when caregivers perform inappropriate humanistic care. At the same time, the system can promote the implementation of standardized humanistic care by nursing staff. It emphasizes the legalization of their respective responsibilities and is also conducive to the scientificization of management methods. In addition, the system is posted at the hospital work site and can be used to remind and spur nursing staff to observe discipline, work diligently, and study hard. However, because our country currently does not pay enough attention to humanistic care in nursing, surveys and studies show that hospitals have very few systems for humanistic care. Considering the implementation of humanistic care in nursing, the problem should be solved from the institutional level, which requires the hospital to establish a scientific nursing management system and improve it to constrain the caring behavior of nursing staff.
2.2 Humanistic care management is not standardized?
What is a standardized management system? Standardization, also known as standardization, means establishing a set of standards regardless of who or what program. And make the standards into details, and then make the details into standards, so that the details become normality, habit and routine. Three quantitative standards are extracted from each process, which are implementable, implementable and assessable. There is a detailed manual on what to do every day, what standards to achieve, and how to do it. Research shows that most hospitals have not established a standardized management system related to humanistic care. They neither stipulate what nursing staff need to do for patients every day, how to implement it, nor set an implementation standard.
2.3 Clinical nurses lack humanistic care and lack knowledge on humanistic care
Surveys and studies show that most nursing staff only have a vague understanding of humanistic care and have little understanding of humanistic care. There is quite a lack of knowledge about the origin, concept, and how to implement it. There are still many people who do not know the importance and necessity of humanistic care. They do not know that humanistic care is a means to resist the torrent of competition in the current new medical environment. The lack of the above knowledge prevents them from paying attention to humanistic care. At the same time, nursing staff also feel less humanistic care at work. The object of humanistic care is not only for others, but also for the caregivers themselves. The caregivers who work hard every day feel very little humanistic care, which makes them unable to empathize and give "humanistic care" to others. At the same time, through investigation and analysis, it can be found that the awareness of humanistic care in nursing is weak. Most nursing staff have not got rid of traditional concepts and only focus on patient care, while ignoring the importance of humanistic care. This makes them have less communication with patients in clinical work. , this phenomenon leads to the lack of expression of the humanistic spirit. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of nursing staff’s weak awareness of humanistic care, our country requires that we start with in-school education on nursing humanistic care and help nursing staff practice it so that they can naturally establish the concept of humanistic care. At the same time, it also requires various Medical institutions provide a good working and medical environment for nursing staff and patients, propose a reasonable and humane nursing service management system, and add people-oriented service concepts to hospital management, thereby further improving the humanistic quality and practical ability of nurses. .
2.4 Lack of scientific research discussion and recommendation
Increasing research and investment in nursing humanistic care can help us discover and solve problems. Now hospital managers and nursing workers are facing a new topic - how to better implement humanistic care for patients. Through scientific research methods, we can have a broad and in-depth understanding of many phenomena of humanistic care, such as patients' needs and experience of humanistic care; nurses' experience of humanistic care; through scientific research, we can also observe the effects of intervention measures taken. Survey research shows that there are few investigations and studies on humanistic care in nursing in domestic hospitals. There are few classes and trainings. There are few exchanges on humanistic care between hospitals. There are even fewer exchanges and discussions between hospitals at home and abroad. . Good scientific research and discussion will help us understand the shortcomings of humanistic care in nursing and make the problem clearer among many opinions. Moreover, through discussion, we can unify different opinions after discussion and achieve knowledge. * Knowledge and promote the deepening of memory. For teaching, discussion is the best teaching method, and for learning, discussion is the best learning method.
Therefore, in order to promote the further development of estimated humanistic areas, my country’s scientific research research and recommendation needs to be improved.
2.5 The number of patients is large, and the hospital’s human resources and equipment are seriously insufficient
There are many difficulties that need to be overcome in the implementation of humanistic care in medicine. For example, due to the large population in our country , there is a shortage of nursing staff, and nursing staff and patients are often matched with many. In today's medical environment, whether it is a ward or an outpatient clinic, it is always crowded with patients. This situation causes nursing staff to still be in a "high load" working state. For a long time, many medical staff are in a state of overwork, and it is difficult to Free up your energy to provide humane care to patients. Therefore, there is an urgent need to keep up with the changes in supporting facilities. This requires good medical reform, which should formulate policy controls and reasonably allocate the quality and quantity of medical treatment. It also requires hospital managers to start from the need to respect the medical service itself. Scientifically manage the workload of doctors and nurses and reduce the high pressure of medical staff.
