The telemedicine system consists of the following three main components:
A. The provider of medical services. That is, the location of the source of medical services, usually located in the medical center of a large city, with rich medical resources and experience in diagnosis and treatment.
B. The demand side that seeks medical services from a distant location. It can be a local medical institution that does not have sufficient medical capacity or conditions, or it can be a family patient.
C. Communication networks and diagnostic and treatment devices that link the two. The communication network can include ordinary telephone network, wireless communication network and communication satellite network, etc.; medical devices including computer hardware and software, diagnostic and treatment instruments.
