Article 7 The content of health food advertising should be approved by the market supervision and management department of the certificate of registration or filing certificate, registration or filing of the product specification shall prevail, shall not be involved in disease prevention, treatment. Health food advertising involves health functions, product efficacy of ingredients or signature ingredients and content, suitable for the population or consumption, shall not exceed the certificate of registration or filing credentials, registration or filing of the product specification range.

Article 8 The contents of advertisements of food formulas for special medical purposes shall be based on the registration certificates approved by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Regulation and the product labels and instructions. Special medical use formula food advertising involves product name, formula, nutritional characteristics, applicable to the population and other content, shall not exceed the registration certificate, product labeling, instructions.
