I. Reimbursement Regulations for Publicly-funded Medical Care of State Organs

Publicly-funded medical care refers to a social security system in which medical and health departments provide free medical care and preventive services to those who enjoy them in accordance with regulations. Its reimbursement rate varies according to the group of people attending the clinic and the cost.

(1) The reimbursement rate of outpatient expenses for working personnel (combined on-campus and off-campus medical expenses within the year):

≤3000RMB: 80% reimbursed by public medical care, 20% for personal burden;

>3000RMB: 90% reimbursed by public medical care, 10% for personal burden;

The reimbursement rate of inpatient expenses for working personnel (within the year) ):

≤10,000 yuan: 90% reimbursement by public medical care, 10% personal burden;

>10,000 yuan: 94% reimbursement by public medical care, 6% personal burden;

(2) Reimbursement ratio of outpatient expenses for retirees (on-campus and off-campus medical expenses are combined during the year):

≤3,000 yuan: reimbursement by public medical care 90%, personal burden 10%;

>3000 yuan: public medical reimbursement 95%, personal burden 5%;

Reimbursement ratio of hospitalization expenses for retirees (within the year):

≤10,000 yuan: 95% reimbursement by the public medical service, personal burden 5%;

>10,000 yuan: 97% reimbursement by public medical service, personal burden 3%;

>10000 yuan: 97% reimbursement by public medical service, personal burden 3%;

>10000 yuan: 97% reimbursement by public medical service

(3) Outpatient expenses of students who are entitled to publicly-funded medical care are reimbursed at 90%, with a personal burden of 10%; hospitalization expenses are reimbursed at 95%, with a personal burden of 5%.

(4) The reimbursement rates for retirees and medical caregivers are in accordance with the original relevant regulations.

Second, the public medical reimbursement materials to be submitted:

1, outpatient materials: invoices, details, prescriptions, in the invoice to write the school number / medical record number / work permit number, telephone. If there is any change in the CCB card number issued by the student's school, write the new CCB card number on the invoice.

2. Hospitalization materials: invoice, itemized list, original discharge certificate with school number/patient record number/work permit number and telephone number; students also need to provide a copy of their student ID card or student card, ID card, CCB card, and write their school number, name and telephone number on the copy of CCB card.
