Does the vivo IQOO Pro 5G support sa networking?

The IQOO Pro 5G does not support sa as a network grouping mode.

The IQOO Pro 5G carries a Qualcomm X50 chip, which only supports NSA networking mode.

NSA refers to the joint networking of 5G and 4G LTE, where 5G networks are deployed on top of existing 4G equipment, allowing for the simultaneous use of 4G core networks, 4G radios, and 5G radios.

SA is a standalone network, the essence of which is to use a combination of 5G core network and 5G base station, which can bring all the 5G network features and functions. Compared to NSA networking, standalone networking requires ongoing investment in brand new equipment and costs more than non-standalone networking.

Extended information:

The performance goals of 5G are high data rates and reduced latency, energy savings, cost reductions, increased system capacity, and large-scale device connectivity.

At present, 5G networking is mainly non-standalone networking (NSA) and standalone networking (SA), the three major carriers will initially NSA-based, but SA in the future back to gradually replace the NSA to become the mainstream of the market.

5G network characteristics:

1, the peak rate needs to reach the Gbit/s standard, in order to meet the high-definition video, virtual reality and other large data transmission.

2, the air interface latency level needs to be around 1ms to meet real-time applications such as autonomous driving and telemedicine.

3, ultra-large network capacity, to provide hundreds of billions of devices connection capacity, to meet the Internet of Things communication.

4Spectrum efficiency should be more than 10 times higher than LTE.

5, continuous wide-area coverage and high mobility, the user experience rate of 100Mbit/s.

6, traffic density and the density of the number of connections increased dramatically.

7 system synergization, the level of intelligence increased, manifested in multi-user, multi-point, multi-antenna, multi-uptake collaborative networking, as well as flexible automatic adjustment between networks.
