1 Scope

This procedure specifies the procedures and requirements for measurement equipment to perform measurement confirmation.

This procedure applies to the management of metrological confirmation of all kinds of measuring equipments, including auxiliary equipments, monitoring and recording devices, converting or displaying instruments, calibration and verification, etc. of Tennant Battery Group Co.

3 Purpose

In order to standardize the company's metrological confirmation work, and to ensure that the measurement equipment meets the requirements of its intended use.

4 Responsibilities

4.1 Quality Control Department is the company's measurement equipment measurement confirmation work under the department.

4.2 Quality Control Department full-time metrologist is responsible for measuring equipment specific measurement confirmation work.

4.3 Measuring equipment using departments and personnel should assist the quality control department full-time measurement of the confirmation of the measurement work.

5 control procedures

5.1 General Requirements

Through the implementation of measurement confirmation of all measurements should be traceable to the SI unit standard, when there is no such standard, should be traceable to the international recognition of the relevant areas of other measurement standards. Metrological confirmation of the input of the control process is the measurement equipment, the output is the confirmation of the results of the measurement equipment. Measurement confirmation of the three steps are:

a) Accreditation or calibration: that is, in accordance with the requirements of traceability, through the upper level of the measurement standard and its devices measured by the actual specific value of the measurement equipment or the error in the display value and its technical parameters.

5.2 Measurement confirmation of the implementation

5.2.1 Each year, the quality control department of the full-time metrologist should be prepared by the "measurement equipment annual measurement confirmation plan", approved by the management representative of the next year as the basis for measurement confirmation.

5.2.2 The cycle needs to be outsourced to confirm the equipment by the Department of Quality Management is responsible for sending or contacting the calibration agency down to the factory calibration or calibration.

5.2.3 For the implementation of the company's self-calibration of measuring equipment, full-time measurement of technical personnel should refer to the "JJF1002-1998 National Measurement Calibration Specification Preparation Rules" and "JJF1071-2000 National Measurement Calibration Specification Preparation Rules", based on the instructions for measuring equipment, the use of the requirements of the technical requirements of the measurement and process requirements to prepare a self-calibration method. Requirements for the preparation of self-calibration methods, after review by the head of the department, measurement management representative approved the implementation.

5.2.4 For measurement equipment that can not be easily disassembled or process operations in the non-critical measurement equipment, can be used in a one-time confirmation of the measurement of confirmation, or the appearance of the equipment, the use of the equipment and display instructions and other general characteristics of confirmation. In the life cycle of the equipment if no anomaly occurs, you can no longer carry out periodic confirmation.

5.2.5 Measurement verification process, the relevant personnel need to pay attention to: only the actual specific value of the measured measuring equipment or the error of the value and its technical parameters to meet the measurement requirements of the intended use of the measuring equipment, verification is considered to be through. And in the measurement verification work measurement management system personnel need to get two aspects of measurement data. One is the calibration of the measurement equipment to be measured by the actual specific value or error and its technical parameters, and the other is the measurement equipment is expected to use the measurement requirements. The two aspects of metrological data are then compared to draw validation conclusions. The actual specific value or error of the measured measurement equipment and its technical parameters can be obtained through the calibration process.

5.3 Measuring equipment in the validity of the verification and comparison of the implementation

5.3.1 Measuring equipment in use, according to its importance and the degree of frequency of use, the use of the department should be the equipment for the cycle of verification, daily inspection of the functionality of the situation, the identification of the situation of the method, specifically by the quality control department of the measurement of a full-time clerk to carry out the verification, so as to control the actual use of the cycle, to ensure that the measuring equipment has been in line with the expected use of the actual use. Ensure that the measurement equipment has been in a controlled state to meet the requirements of the expected use.

5.3.2 The implementation of the detailed records should be made, signed true and effective.

5.4 test or calibration results of statistics

Full-time metrologist should be tested and calibrated annually to form a statement of the results of the rate of equipment inspection on schedule and the equipment cycle pass rate statistics, and form a statement on the confirmation of the measurement equipment and the confirmation of the pass rate in the test or calibration of the statistics as a basis for the adjustment of the interval of confirmation of the measurement equipment.

5.5 Management of calibration records and qualified certificates

The calibration certificates or certificates of measuring equipment are properly kept by the Quality Control Department.

5.6 Measuring equipment adjustment control
