What's the difference between 15CrMo and 1Cr5Mo?

15CrMo and 1Cr5Mo are two different materials.

15CrMo belongs to the national standard alloy structural steel, and the implementation standard is GB/T 3077- 1999.

1Cr5Mo belongs to the national standard martensitic heat-resistant steel, and the implementation standard is GB/T 122 1-2007.

15CrMo steel is a pearlite heat-resistant steel with high thermal strength (Δ b ≥ 440 MPa), oxidation resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance at high temperature. Because of the high content of alloying elements such as Cr and C in steel, the hardening tendency of steel is obvious and the weldability is poor.

1Cr5Mo heat-resistant steel can resist corrosion during petroleum cracking, and can be used as components and fasteners of reheat steam pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, boiler hangers, cylinder liners of steam turbines, pumps, valves, piston rods, high-pressure hydrogenation equipment, etc.

The chemical composition of 15CrMo is as follows:
