Which job board is more reliable?

As a college student, looking for an internship or looking for a job will use these job search software. I've also looked for internships, so I've used Hire recruitment software, and the overall feeling is that this is still relatively good.

01 Hire

I used the Hire recruitment software when I was looking for an internship. The main page of the hunt will provide different directions of the post, when I registered and filled out the information, hunt recruitment software will through the big data to recommend suitable for my specialty posts. So, this will allow me to find a position in the direction I need relatively quickly, and at the same time the job description is relatively clear.

And, the hr or company in the hunt will actively seek out users to chat and communicate with them about relevant jobs, and most of the hr replies are also fast. As a result, this increases the chances that users will succeed in finding a job in the program. There are also more headhunters in MileagePlus, and then the headhunters also look through the resumes that users upload to find matching jobs.

02 MileagePlus

The range of jobs in MileagePlus is very broad and covers a lot of different kinds of basic jobs, like in the service industry and so on. So, there are a lot of positions in the MileagePlus software that don't require a high threshold. Because MileagePlus has so many jobs, users have the option of one-click sea casting to submit their resumes to the companies they are interested in, which is one of the uses of the recruiting software.

However, like my major is food and agriculture management direction, I did not find the specific direction of the job in the nature of work classification in this software, only find the general direction of agriculture. I think it's relatively hard to find a job that fits the specialty, and there are relatively few jobs related to agriculture or food.

03 WisdomLink

My classmate once recommended that I use WisdomLink to find an internship, and she found that WisdomLink's interface is simple and clear, which makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. There are also three types of jobs on the Wisdom Recruitment page, junior, intermediate and senior, so that job seekers can find the right level of job for them relatively quickly.

And, Wisdom Recruitment has also launched Wisdom Overseas Topic. There are a lot of foreign and Chinese companies stationed in Wisdom Overseas Topic, so this is in order for international students to be able to find a suitable position for their specialty.

However, Zhilian Recruitment is less publicized, and the user usage and activity is less compared to other recruitment software, which leads to some hr's not being able to find too many job seekers.

In these three recruiting software, I still think that hiring is relatively reliable. However, the three different recruitment software or different reliable expenditure, in the search for work students must be bright eyes to find reliable work to do!
