Legal analysis: special equipment safety and technical files should include the following:
1, special equipment design documents, manufacturing units, product quality certification, the use of maintenance instructions and other documents, as well as the installation of technical documents and information;
2, special equipment, regular inspection and regular self-inspection records;
3, special equipment, daily Use of condition records;
4, special equipment and its safety accessories, safety protection devices, measurement and control devices and related subsidiary instrumentation of the daily maintenance records;
5, special equipment operation faults and accidents records;
6, energy-consuming special equipment, energy efficiency test reports, records of energy consumption, and energy-saving renovation of technical data.
Legal basis: "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations" Article 26 of the special equipment should be used to establish special equipment safety technology files. Safety technology files shall include the following:
(a) special equipment design documents, manufacturing units, product quality certification, use and maintenance instructions and other documents, as well as the installation of technical documents and information;
(b) regular inspection of special equipment and regular self-inspection records;
(c) the daily use of special equipment condition records;
(d) special equipment and its safety accessories, safety protection devices, measuring and regulating devices and related ancillary instrumentation of the daily maintenance records;
(e) special equipment operation failures and accidents records;
(f) energy-consuming special equipment, energy efficiency test reports, records of energy consumption, and energy-saving transformation of technical information.
