Second, Anneng Cogeneration Group Yicheng Biomass Cogeneration Project: Anneng (Yicheng) Biomass Cogeneration Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned by the Anneng Cogeneration Group Co., Ltd. to establish the project legal person, was established on November 30, 2007, with a total investment of 320 million yuan. Anneng Yicheng biomass cogeneration project was officially started in early 2008, and is expected to realize grid-connected power generation in November 2009, with an annual power generation of 156 million kWh, heat supply of 530,000 gigajoules (GJ), an output value of more than 100 million yuan, and profits and taxes of more than 20 million yuan, and to replace 23 small boilers with a combined evaporation capacity of 70.5 t/h within the heating range, which is expected to reduce sulfur dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and sulfuric acid by 600 tons, and to reduce the annual emissions of sulfur dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and sulfur dioxide. It can cut 600 tons of sulfur dioxide and 120 tons of soot annually. The project recycles surplus straw from farmers in Yicheng City, and local farmers greatly increase their annual income through the sale of straw. At the same time, the bottom ash and charcoal ash after straw burning is a kind of high-quality organic fertilizer, which is rich in potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium elements, and can provide farmers with a large amount of potash fertilizer every year. In addition the collection, processing and transportation of fuel can solve the employment problem of the local population.
Recycling and utilizing part of the surplus straw in Yicheng City, the annual power generation is about 1.728x108 kWh/a, and in addition to meeting the self-consumption, the annual external power supply is up to 1.50336x108 kWh/a, which can meet the electricity consumption of 50,000-60,000 urban residents. Self-supply of electricity and heat can not only improve the energy structure of Yicheng City, but also improve the stability of the existing power supply system in Yicheng City, and guarantee the reliability of electricity for important industries, commercial production or urban residents' living.
The construction of this project can not only effectively improve the local energy structure, guarantee the power supply necessary for regional economic development, and actively promote the development of industry and commerce, but also through the use of advanced energy and environmental protection technology, can effectively control the environmental pollution caused by the natural burning of large quantities of straw in the fields, eliminate the fire hazards, and safeguard the safety of the local ecological environment, and at the same time, centered around the construction and operation of biomass cogeneration plants, a new biomass cogeneration plant will be built and operated. At the same time, around the construction and operation of the biomass cogeneration plant, a new industrial chain will also be formed, which will have a good economic development and promotion effect on the local industry and agriculture.
Three, Anneng Cogeneration Group Anlu Biomass Cogeneration Project:
In May 2008, our group and the People's Government of Anlu City, Hubei Province, signed a framework agreement for the project, the two sides formally signed a contract for the project in November, December 30, Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission with the Efa Reform Permission [2008] No. 15 agreed to carry out preliminary work on the project. The scale of the project is as follows: 2×75t/h bio-straw boiler, 2×12MW generator sets, annual power generation of 150 million kwh, with a total investment of about 300 million RMB. The project site is located in Anlu Economic Development Zone (eastern suburb), 1.5 kilometers away from the city, the plant covers an area of about 20 hectares (300 acres).
Anlu City is located in the Wuhan City Circle Comprehensive Supporting Reform Pilot Zone for the construction of a national resource-saving and environmentally friendly society, with an excellent investment environment. Since the preliminary work of the project has been in full swing, the people's government of Anlu City and various government departments have given great support and assistance to the project. As the project belongs to renewable energy utilization projects, in line with national industrial policy, Anlu City as one of the key projects declared to stimulate domestic demand, Xiaogan City, the project will also be included in the key construction projects.
Till now, the project advance work progresses smoothly, has completed the project feasibility study report, project land pre-approval, security pre-assessment review for the record, the power access system program review, is carrying out the review of the project environmental impact report, soil and water conservation program review and water resources demonstration report review, the project land leveling project is underway. It is expected that the project will be completed in September to approve the declaration of work, in October to obtain the provincial development and Reform Commission project approval, early in 2010 to realize the project started construction.

In June 2009, as the successful bidder of the Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, Ubis Annen (Hubei) Water Co., Ltd. signed the Xiangfan Yujiahu Wastewater Treatment Plant BOT Investment Project Concession Agreement and the Xiangfan Yujiahu Wastewater Treatment Plant BOT Investment Project Wastewater Treatment Service Agreement respectively with Xiangfan Municipal Construction Commission and Xiangfan Drainage Facility Charge Supervision Office. The project is scheduled to start in August 2009 and enter into commercial trial operation in February 2010.
The YuJiaHu sewage treatment plant project is the Xiangfan municipal government key projects, to BOT mode of preparation; project location in Xiangfan City, Hubei Province, Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone; the total design scale of 50,000 tons / day, the recent scale of 25,000 tons / day; using A2 / O oxidation ditch process for the secondary biochemical treatment, the effluent quality of water to implement the "municipal wastewater treatment plant pollutant discharge standards" (GB18918-2002), in the "sewage treatment plant".
