1 General

2 Emergency Planning

2.1 Basic situation

2.3 Possible Major Accidents and Consequences

4 Emergency Response

4.1 Alarm Procedures

4.2 Start of emergency plan

4.3 On-site Emergency Rescue

4.3.1 On-site Emergency Rescue Command

4.3.2 Emergency Personnel Entry

4.3.3 Emergency Materials Entry

4.3.4 Implementation of the treatment program

(2) Open the acid discharge valves of the leaking tank and the empty tank (to realize the liquid level balance), and at the same time, open the drain valve of the leaking tank (for the emergency treatment of pouring acid) and switch the pouring acid valve.

(3)Open the electric valve of the underground tank for acid loading, pouring acid, and control the liquid level to prevent acid bubbling.

(4) the recovery of acid on the ground in the tank area: first of all, the drainage ditch outlet, go to the field surface pit drainage ditch blocked. At the same time the recovery of acid emergency ditch, valve open (through), and then open the fence drain valve for ground acid recovery (new system start acid pit pump).

(5) The recovered acid will be hit to the old and new metering tanks for train tanker loading acid treatment.

(6) leakage of acid large tank with empty tank level balance, that is, close the recipient tank level balance large tank outlet valve. Pouring acid continues.

(7) By pouring acid, sewage at the same time, after confirming that the leakage of acid tank acid has been drained, stop pouring acid, sewage continues.

(8)While taking the above measures, add calcium carbide slag or liquid alkali to neutralize the wastewater outlet of the acid store and its sewers along the road.

4.3.5 Emergency Evacuation

When the above measures are taken and the situation still cannot be controlled and personal safety is jeopardized, confirmed by the group of experts, the chief on-site commander will issue an order for emergency evacuation of the rescuers.

4.4 Emergency Expansion

Based on the judgment of the on-site accident, when the accident is hazardous and has a wide range of influence, and the plant does not have the ability to control and solve the problem, and needs to be joined by the power of the group company, the plant's Emergency Rescue Command Center will request to activate the group company's emergency rescue plan.

When the group company intervenes, it will fully obey the group company's emergency rescue command, and do the articulation work seriously.

4.5 Emergency rescue plan closure
