How to use:
Adding water-stacking-sealing-setting sterilization temperature and time-heating (discharging cold air)-sterilization-end.
Adding water: open the lid of the sterilizer, take out the sterilization barrel, and inject distilled water into the container until water marks;
Stacking: when stacking, there should be appropriate gaps between articles;
Sealing: after the articles are stacked, cover the sterilizer, and tighten the handwheel clockwise to make the cover and mouth tightly closed, but not too tight to avoid damaging the sealing ring;
Setting sterilization temperature and time: adjust the setting key to set the required sterilization temperature and time;
Heating (discharging cold air): Turn on the power supply, and the power supply indicator light and heating indicator light are on. Turn the bleeder valve to the bleeding position before heating, and close the bleeder valve after the cold air completely escapes;
Sterilization: when the temperature and pressure rise to the preset sterilization temperature value, the heating lamp goes out, the instrument enters the constant temperature control state for sterilization, and the timer automatically times;
End: When the sterilization time reaches the set time, the buzzer will give an alarm to end the sterilization. Turn off the power. When the pressure drops to zero, open the air valve. After the steam is completely released, open the container and take out the sterilized items.
Precautions:
The pressure steam sterilizer has a certain pressure and temperature in the container, which belongs to special equipment. If it is used improperly, it will easily cause personal injury accidents, so pay attention to it when using it. Always check whether the grounding of the power cord of the sterilizer is good to ensure personal safety. The sterilizer should be placed in a ventilated and dry room without inflammable and explosive articles. The safety valve and exhaust valve have been calibrated at the factory, and the lead seal and screw on the valve shall not be removed at will. Stacked items shall not exceed 4/5 of the total volume. Don't get oil on the sealing ring, so as not to damage the gums and cause air leakage. It is strictly forbidden to sterilize chemicals that cause explosion or sudden increase in pressure due to contact with steam medium. When stacking sterilizer articles, it is forbidden to block the air outlet of safety valve and exhaust valve, and a gap must be left to ensure smooth air flow, otherwise the safety valve and exhaust valve will not work due to the blockage of air outlet, causing accidents. When the liquid is sterilized, it should be packed in a heat-resistant glass bottle, the volume of which should not exceed 3/4, and the bottle mouth should be plugged with cotton gauze. Never use perforated rubber or cork; It is not allowed to release steam immediately after sterilization, and the residual gas can only be discharged after the pointer of the pressure gauge returns to zero. Different kinds of articles with different sterilization requirements, such as dressings and liquids, should not be sterilized together to avoid losses. After long-term use, if the pressure indicator is incorrect or cannot be reset to zero, the pressure gauge should be replaced in time. Usually it should be sent to a qualified unit for calibration. If it is abnormal, replace it with a new instrument. The reliability of the safety valve should be checked regularly. If the pressure gauge pointer exceeds 0. 165Mpa, the safety valve will not trip, so it must be stopped immediately and replaced with a qualified safety valve. When using the sterilizer, it should be disinfected indoors, operated by special personnel, and not used in public places. The socket must be equipped with a connecting ground wire, and the power plug should be plugged firmly. Do not damage the wire or use an unspecified power cord. The spring piece on the power cord connection is a protective grounding, and good contact should be maintained. Safety valves and pressure gauges should be sent to the legal measurement and testing department for identification after one year. There are gaps between the articles in the sterilizer and they are stacked on the sieve plate in the sterilizer in order, which is beneficial to the penetration of steam and improves the sterilization effect. When heating, pay attention to plug the power cord tightly, so that the grounding copper sheet of the plug is in close contact with the shielding layer to ensure the safety of use. Open the exhaust valve at the beginning of heating, and the cold air in the sterilizer will overflow from the valve hole with heating. When emergency steam rushes out of the valve hole, close the exhaust valve. When the pressure of the sterilizer reaches the required range, properly adjust or switch the heat source to keep the pressure constant, and start to calculate the disinfection time, and keep the required disinfection time according to different articles and packages. When dressings, instruments and utensils need to be dried after disinfection, the steam in the sterilizer can be discharged from the exhaust valve at the end of disinfection. When the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero, wait 1-2 minutes, open the cover and continue heating for a few minutes to dry the articles. If the solution medium is exhausted immediately after disinfection, the sudden drop of pressure will cause serious accidents such as bottle explosion or solution overflow in the sterilizer. Therefore, steam should not be released immediately after disinfection, but heating should be stopped and allowed to cool naturally for 20-30 minutes. After the internal pressure is cooled to zero (the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero) for a few minutes, open the exhaust valve, and then slightly open the cover (open a slit). People should leave the disinfection room and wait for it to cool naturally to a certain extent before taking it out.
