Changsha Municipal People's Government's Decision on Announcing the Catalogue of Annual Inspection Items at Municipal Level Cancelled, Adjusted and Retained
In accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to continue to deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, the Municipal Government's Office of the Leading Group for the Reform of the Administrative Approval System has organized the relevant municipal departments (units) of the Department (unit) to carry out a careful clean-up of the annual inspection items. The annual inspection program has been carefully cleaned up. After the municipal government study, decided to cancel 30 annual inspection projects; adjust 24 annual inspection projects (including: the merger of 17 similar matters to 8, adjust the implementation of the agency 1, change the annual inspection of 6); retain 59 annual inspection projects.
The cancellation and adjustment of the annual inspection project, the districts, counties (cities), the municipal government, the relevant departments should seriously do a good job in the implementation and articulation of the work, the development of complementary measures to strengthen the follow-up supervision, to prevent the cancellation of the annual inspection project to supervise the "lack of space" or "not in place! "In particular, it is necessary to prevent the annual inspection in the name of inspection and other disguised annual inspection. The retained annual inspection project, the annual inspection cycle, handling procedures and time limit requirements, etc., in the office and the relevant media in a timely and comprehensive publicity, to further standardize and strengthen supervision. Except for those stipulated by laws and regulations, no fees shall be charged for the annual inspection. To the principle of streamlining, efficiency, convenience, reform of the annual inspection management methods to facilitate the administrative relative. Each district, county (city) government should refer to the municipal level annual inspection project cleanup, combined with the local reality, to organize and carry out local annual inspection project cleanup and reform work.
This decision shall come into force from May 1, 2010 onwards.
