, first of all, in the lathe spindle to install the flange of the rotary cylinder.
, screw the tie rod into the teeth of the piston to the rotary cylinder, until the bottom of the piston.
, pull the tie rod into the lathe spindle through hole, the cylinder is installed on the spindle.
, set the oil pressure at low pressure (0.4MPa~0.5MPa, 4~5kgf/cm2), make the cylinder piston move 2~3 times and then stop at the front end, and turn off the power supply afterwards.
5. Remove the soft jaws and dust cover of the chuck.
, the chuck is too heavy, use the sling or ring to fix the chuck and then install.
, 8, the chuck is installed on the spindle drawbar: put the connection handle in the center hole of the chuck, the connection nut locks the chuck into the drawbar. See if the oil pressure is 4~5kgf/cm2 position, the tie rod will do back and forth movement 2-3 times, and finally completely locked into the nut.
8. Lock the six screws of the chuck with a wrench (according to the set torque locking).
, adjust the wedge tie rod and chuck body to maintain a gap of 0.5mm-1mm, at this time the base jaw is located in the open end.
, install the soft jaw and dust cover.
, detect the deflection of the chuck, so that the outer edge and end face of the chuck deflection within 0.02mm.
