Body of the list compilation

Basis for list compilation

The compilation of the bill of quantities of construction works shall be based on:

1) Specification for Calculation of Quantities of House Building and Decoration Works GB50854-2013 and the current national standard Specification for Bill of Quantities Pricing of Construction Works GB50500-2013.

2) National or pricing bases and methods issued by provincial and industrial construction authorities.

3) Design documents of construction works.

4) Standards, specifications and technical information related to the construction project.

5) the proposed bidding documents.

6) Construction site conditions, engineering characteristics and conventional construction programs.

7) Other relevant information.

Preparation Requirements

1) The list of other items, fees and tax items shall be prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Specification for Pricing of Bill of Quantities for Construction Works" GB50500-2013.

2) The compilation of the bill of quantities appears in the "Specification for Calculation of Quantities of Building Construction and Decoration Works" GB50854-2013 appendix does not include the items, the compiler shall make additions, and reported to the provincial or industry engineering cost management agencies for the record, the provincial or industry engineering cost management agencies shall be summarized and reported to the Institute of Standard and Quotas of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
