Therefore, in 2004, at the request of medical equipment manufacturers, Shanghai Transportation Control first industrialized the deceleration stepping motor and applied the eccentric shaft spur gear deceleration stepping motor to the biological tissue dehydrator.
Decelerating stepper motor use occasions:
Stepping motor switches the frequency of stator phase current, such as improving the input pulse of stepping motor drive circuit to make it move at low speed. When the low-speed stepping motor is waiting for the stepping instruction, the rotor is in a stop state. When pedaling at low speed, the speed will fluctuate greatly. At this time, if you change to high-speed operation, you can solve the problem of speed fluctuation, but the torque will be insufficient. That is, low speed will cause torque fluctuation, and high speed will cause insufficient torque. Before the three-phase hybrid stepping motor is widely used, there will be equipment manufacturers who need the stepping motor to run at low speed, while the deceleration stepping motor is used only for low speed and stability. With the maturity of stepping motor driver subdivision technology and the good low-speed stability of three-phase hybrid stepping motor, it is no longer necessary to use deceleration stepping motor for low-speed operation.
