The Municipal Red Cross undertakes the daily work of human remains donation.

Public security, civil affairs, finance, education, housing, transportation, economic information technology and other administrative departments shall, within their respective areas of responsibility, assist in the work of posthumous donation. Article 7 radio, television, newspapers and other news organizations shall cooperate in the public welfare of human remains donation work. Article VIII of the city to encourage the behavior of human remains donation, to establish respect for the donor's social customs.

Outstanding achievements in the work of human remains donation units and individuals, the city or district people's government shall give recognition. Article IX units engaged in the acceptance of human remains donation (hereinafter referred to as the acceptance of units), shall have the following conditions:

(a) medical colleges and universities, medical research units and medical institutions to carry out medical research, teaching and business capacity;

(b) specializing in human remains acceptance of the work of the institutions and personnel;

Article 10 A unit that carries out the work of accepting human remains donation shall be entrusted by the Municipal Red Cross to carry out the work of accepting human remains donation only after it has been entrusted by the Municipal Red Cross. The Municipal Red Cross shall publicize the name, address, telephone number and working hours of each registration agency. Article 12 The registration procedures for the donation of human remains can be carried out in the following ways:

(1) registering at the registration organization;

(2) entrusting others to register on behalf of others;

(3) requesting the registration organization to come to your home to register;

(4) other ways that facilitate registration.

After the death of a natural person who did not register for the donation of human remains during his lifetime, if his spouse, adult children and parents decide in writing **** to donate his remains, the abovementioned persons shall apply for the registration of the donation of human remains with the written decision, his own identity card, proof of the relationship as well as the identity card of the deceased; however, except for the case where the deceased explicitly indicated during his lifetime that he did not agree to donate his remains. Article 13 The registration form for the donation of human remains shall contain the following main matters:

(1) the donation of all or part of the remains and their use;

(2) the name, contact information and consent to the execution of the executor of the donation of human remains;

(3) the acceptance of the unit of the donation of human remains;

(4) cremation and treatment of human remains after utilization.

The donor may indicate the request for confidentiality of the body donation on the registration form for body donation.

The registration agency shall inform the donor and the executor of the procedures and matters relating to the donation of human remains, guide the completion of the form, and issue a donation card and a commemorative card.

The registration form for the donation of human remains, the donation card and the commemorative card shall be uniformly printed by the Municipal Red Cross. Article 14 After registering for the donation of human remains, the donor may change the content of the registration or revoke the registration.

The registration organization shall, in accordance with the donor's request, promptly handle the change or revocation procedures. Article 15 The executor of the body donation can be the donor's close relatives or other natural persons who have a close relationship in work and life, or the donor's former unit, the residential (village) committee of the place of residence, the elderly institutions or other relevant units. Article 16 After the death of the donor, the executor shall promptly notify the corresponding receiving unit for the relevant procedures. The public security department of the domicile with the relevant documents submitted by the executor of the funeral permit issued.

If the executor is unable to do so for any reason, the unit where the donor was born or the residential (village) committee of the place of residence can promptly notify the corresponding receiving unit.

Death due to sudden factors, the relevant units and personnel in the handling of the death of the person found to be the donor, shall promptly notify the corresponding receiving unit.

The relevant units and personnel shall respect the wishes of the donor and support the execution of the obligations. Article XVII of the accepting unit receives the notification of acceptance of the remains, shall be based on the donor's donor card and the funeral license to accept the remains in a timely manner. Article 18 In accepting and transporting the donated remains, property management, transportation and other relevant departments shall provide convenience.
