Chapter II Government Responsibility Article 6 The people's governments at or above the county level shall perform the following supervisory and management responsibilities for work safety:

(d) Transportation Department: responsible for road and water transportation industry safety supervision and management, construction safety of highway and waterway construction projects and highway safety and security supervision and management.
(E) land and resources departments: responsible for mining order rectification and resource integration, investigate and deal with unlicensed mining, indiscriminate mining, cross-border mining and other illegal mining behavior; with the relevant departments to do a good job in mining, geological exploration and abandoned mine safety supervision and management.
(F) housing and urban-rural construction sector: responsible for housing construction and urban roads and bridges, gas, water supply, heating, sewage and garbage disposal and other municipal infrastructure safety supervision and management; supervision and inspection of the project to participate in the construction of all parties involved in the fulfillment of their safety responsibilities, and regularly on the construction of the relevant units of the project to carry out safety supervision and inspection.

(xi) agriculture and animal husbandry departments: responsible for the safety supervision and management of agricultural and animal husbandry systems, responsible for pesticides, agricultural machinery safety supervision and management, organization and implementation of grassland fire safety supervision and management.
(xii) environmental protection departments: responsible for the safety supervision and management of hazardous wastes (including waste hazardous chemicals) and radioactive substances disposal, monitoring and evaluation of the degree of environmental impact of environmental pollution accidents.
(xiii) tourism sector: responsible for the supervision and management of tourism safety, is responsible for all types of tourist attractions, resorts, tourist accommodations, travel agencies, vehicles and boats and other tourist facilities and special tourism project safety supervision and management.
(xiv) Health and Family Planning Department: responsible for occupational disease diagnosis, identification and management of occupational health check-up organizations and other occupational health-related work, supervision and guidance, supervision and inspection of medical and health institutions, safety management and education.
(15) human resources and social security departments: responsible for supervising employers to participate in work-related injury insurance, in conjunction with the supervision and management of production safety and other departments to do a good job of publicizing and educating the prevention of work-related injuries.
(16) State-owned assets supervision and management departments: in accordance with the responsibilities of the funder, is responsible for supervising the supervision of enterprises to implement the main responsibility for production safety, the person in charge of the enterprise to fulfill the responsibility for production safety assessment.
(xvii) Administration for Industry and Commerce: registration and supervision of market players involved in production safety in accordance with the law, and cooperate with the relevant departments to ban market players that do not have the conditions for production safety in accordance with the law.
