Article 6: Designated medical institutions shall comply with the following conditions and requirements:

(1) In line with the city's regional medical institutions set up planning.

(2) Comply with the accreditation standards for medical institutions.

(3) Compliance with national and municipal laws, regulations, standards and provisions relating to the management of medical services; medicines, medical equipment, medical materials, medical statistics, medical records, financial management and other medical services management system; and diagnosis and treatment routines for common diseases in line with the city's standards for medical quality management.

(4) strict implementation of the state and the city price departments to develop price policy for medical services and medicines, fees and charges, by the price department inspection. Medical institutions affiliated with the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force should also obtain the "Chinese People's Liberation Army Institution Paid Service License" and "Chinese People's Liberation Army Institution Paid Fee License".
