According to the relevant decisions of the State Council, our committee canceled the designated items for approval of preventive health inspection agencies, and jointly issued the "Notice on Carrying out Health Examinations for Employees" (Beijing Health Disease Control [2016] 107) with the Municipal Food and Drug Administration No.), medical institutions that engage in health examinations of employees will be included in the quality management and daily supervision and management of medical institutions by the city’s health and family planning administrative department. Medical institutions will charge according to the relevant national medical charging standards.
Due to the different instruments and equipment used by various medical institutions, the charging prices may be different.
The preventive physical examination fees included in administrative charges are different in nature from the health examination fees charged by medical institutions.
According to the requirements of the "Notice on Cleaning up and Standardizing Policies for a Group of Administrative Charges" (Finance and Taxation [2017] No. 20), the Finance Department of our committee has made arrangements for the cleanup and standardization of administrative charges. It is understood that our city Effective from April 1, 2007, the preventive physical examination fees in administrative fees will be cancelled.
The latest policies and procedures for applying for health certificates in Beijing in 2018: Registration and collection of consultation sheets (Registration Office on the first floor)---Blood collection (East End Laboratory Room on the second floor)---Chest X-ray (Radiology Department on the West End on the first floor)- --Routine examination of internal medicine (general clinic room 1 on the first floor)
Notes: Please bring your original ID card and physical examination certificate; blood collection needs to be done on an empty stomach; avoid strenuous exercise before the physical examination.
Obtaining a physical examination certificate: Employees in this jurisdiction can obtain it at the district market supervision and administration bureau or the district health and family planning supervision office.
Health certificate collection: Please go to the registration office with the "Guide Form" in the afternoon of the second working day to collect the health certificate.
Validity period: The health certificate is generally valid for one year. Please refer to the instructions on the certificate for details. It will automatically become invalid after expiration and needs to be reissued.
Note: The application for a swimming health certificate is no longer within the scope of practitioners. Starting from August 18, 2007, the fee for applying for a swimming health certificate will be 20 yuan, and the scope of household registration is not limited.
