(I) Improvement of Service Level
The hospital adheres to a high starting point and high standards, opens a direct reporting window, standardizes its business, establishes and improves its work system and business process, improves its service functions and provides satisfactory services to patients. In order to let the people at home can enjoy the expert treatment and service, our hospital from Beijing major hospitals hired eight well-known experts regularly to the hospital. The hospital also adheres to low-priced charges and offers concessions to the people, and is committed to solving the problems of expensive and difficult medical treatment, with the cumulative amount of concessions for patients amounting to more than 2.8 million yuan. After three years of development, Jingshun Hospital has gradually become a new type of privately-run non-profit medical institution with reasonable medical equipment, updated medical equipment and supporting facilities, which is recognized by the society and the people. After the assessment and acceptance of the relevant management departments, the hospital was approved as the designated medical institution for Beijing urban workers' basic medical insurance, the designated unit for Shunyi District's new type of rural cooperative medical care, and the designated hospital for Beijing's overseas migrant workers' medical insurance.
(2) Actively carrying out public welfare activities
In the past 7 years since its establishment, the hospital has been actively serving people's livelihoods by extensively carrying out activities such as helping the poor and needy, sending medicines to the countryside, and providing voluntary consultations by experts.
Every commemorative events and traditional festivals, the hospital has arranged for volunteer medical teams to send medicine to the countryside to provide health advice and medical services for the people. ***Free gynecological screening for more than 3,300 women, free examination for farmers more than 11,300 times, **** for the people to save more than 900,000 yuan in diagnosis and treatment costs.
In May 2008, the hospital donated 126,000 yuan worth of much-needed medicines to the earthquake-stricken areas, and the staff donated RMB 8429.2 yuan individually; at the end of the same year, it took out another 5,000 yuan in cash to buy new quilts and new coats to send warmth to the earthquake victims.
In 2009, more than 10 health lectures were held in townships and enterprises; to meet the 60th anniversary of the founding of the country, the hospital held the "First Jingshun Health Festival", during which all auxiliary checkups were half-price discounts and all the profits from medicines of 33,936 yuan were donated to the Shunyi District Charity Association. First (2009):
October 2 to 8, the hospital held the "First Jingshun Health Festival", which lasted for 7 days and treated 1,408 patients, and donated all the profits from the medicines during the festival to the Shunyi Charity Association.
Second (2010):
October 1 to 7, the hospital held the second "Jingshun Health Festival", *** received 1628 patients, and donated 30,000 yuan of profit from medicines during the event to the Shunyi District Charity Association.
The third (2011):
September 30 to October 7, the hospital held the third "Jingshun Health Festival", auxiliary examination fees 20% cash back more than 19,700 yuan, and to the Shunyi District, Dasunjizhuang Town congenital heart disease patients Luo Yafei 10,000 yuan in cash.
