The school is located in Tianjiaan District, where the Huainan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government is located, adjacent to the universities in the city, with convenient transportation and elegant environment. Now the campus covers an area of 52 mu, with a building area of 18397 square meters. It has two computer rooms, two electronic classrooms, eight laboratories, a school-run factory and an affiliated hospital, with 84,000 books and materials.
There are currently in-service teachers 138, including 96 full-time teachers. There are 22 senior titles, accounting for 23% of the total number of teachers. Adult junior college has set up 1 1 majors, which are medical treatment, advanced nursing, electromechanical engineering, mechanical technology and equipment, mechanical engineering, computer application, electromechanical integration, industrial accounting, financial accounting and enterprise management. In addition, there are five professional certificate classes in advanced nursing, family planning management, financial computerization, marketing and economic management, and mechatronics. The school has secondary schools to recruit community medicine, nursing, English nurses, electronic technology, computer accounting, machinery manufacturing and other majors. Now there are 2242 students in the school.
Over the past 20 years, more than 6,000 college graduates have been trained for the society, distributed in and outside the province. Some of them are business backbones or department heads of the unit, and some have taken up leadership positions. From 65438 to 0996, Anhui Green Cross Biological Products Co., Ltd., a Sino-Korean joint venture, signed a 10-year funding contract with the school, and subsidized 25,000 yuan each year as a scholarship for our school to encourage young students to forge ahead and study hard.
The school's leadership and internal management institutions are sound, and a series of rules and regulations have been formulated one after another. The management work is procedural, standardized and scientific. According to incomplete statistics, teachers and students of our school published 205 papers in provincial and national journals, and 19 people participated in the compilation of textbooks for adult colleges and universities, serving as editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief and editorial board respectively.
