Instruments and equipment required for detection of Salmonella and diarrheagenic E. coli

Quality control requires standard strains, and it is recommended to purchase them. Biological safety cabinets are also required. Bacteria can be cultured in an ordinary incubator, but storage requires a special refrigerator, preferably an ultra-low temperature refrigerator or a liquid nitrogen tank. Long-term storage requires refrigeration equipment. In addition to refrigerators, there are also freeze dryers. If it is only stored on a slope, it is easy to be contaminated and degraded.

If it is urgent, the inspection is not strict, and the conditions are not met, it is recommended that you tell the inspector that the strains are stored in a certain reagent company and they will supply them regularly.
