"Interim Measures for the Record Management of Chinese Medicine Clinics"
Article 1 In order to do a good job in the record management of Chinese medicine clinics, in accordance with the "Chinese People's Republic of China *** and the State Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine" as well as the "Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions" and other laws and regulations, the formulation of these measures.
Second The Chinese medicine clinic referred to in these measures, is under the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine, the use of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, cupping, massage and other non-pharmacological therapies to carry out diagnostic and therapeutic services, as well as traditional Chinese medicine, decocting, decocting and other traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy services clinic. Where the scope of services does not comply with the above provisions or where there are uncontrollable medical safety hazards and risks, these measures shall not apply.

(d) in line with environmental protection, fire safety regulations;
(e) be able to independently assume civil liability.
"Regulations for the Implementation of Medical Institutions" shall not apply for the establishment of medical institutions and individuals shall not organize Chinese medicine clinics. Article VI of Chinese medicine clinic for the record, shall submit the following materials:
(a) "Chinese medicine clinic for the record information form";
(b) Chinese medicine clinic principal responsible for the valid proof of identity, physician's qualification certificate, physician's license certificate;
(c) a list of other health technicians, valid proof of identity, license certificate;
(d) Chinese medicine clinic Management rules and regulations;
(E) medical waste disposal program, clinic surrounding environment statement;
(F) fire emergency plan. Legal persons or other organizations to hold Chinese medicine clinics, should also provide legal persons or other organizations, proof of qualifications, legal representative identity or other organizations, representative identity.
