Saudi Arabia announced on September 27, from September 28 officially open to citizens of 49 countries, including China, to apply for tourist visas. This is the first time Saudi Arabia has opened tourist visas to foreign visitors.

Visa considerations
Tourist visas are only issued to adults over the age of 18, and minors require the consent of a guardian to apply.
This visa is only for short-term sightseeing in Saudi Arabia. Foreign nationals traveling to Saudi Arabia for work, study, medical treatment, Hajj pilgrimage and other activities must apply for a visa that corresponds to the purpose of entry.
Staying beyond the validity and stay period of the visa is subject to overstaying fines.

Saudi Arabia is a traditional Islamic country, and it is prohibited to import or bring in non-halal foodstuffs, such as pork, alcohol, etc.; other prohibited items include unauthorized news publications, audio-visual products (e.g., compact discs, removable hard disks. and printed materials containing explicit and pornographic content, weapons, fireworks, electronic cigarettes, watches, pens, eyeglasses, airplanes, etc. Contains stolen equipment. When entering Saudi Arabia, cash (or equivalent financial instruments and foreign currencies) amounting to more than SAR 60,000, goods worth more than SAR 3,000 (including gifts and articles for personal use, prohibited items such as more than 200 cigarettes or 500 grams of tobacco products, as well as drones and medicines that require the approval of the relevant authorities, must be declared to the Saudi Customs Department.
Possession and trafficking of drugs in Saudi Arabia is punishable by death. It is recommended to provide a doctor's prescription if you need to bring proprietary Chinese medicines or large doses of personal medicines into the country.
People with Israeli visas in their passports are required to renew their passports or they will be barred from entering the country.
Customs and taboos

Visiting Tips
