2. Including natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, hail.
3. Government actions, such as expropriation, requisition.
4. Social anomalies, such as strikes and riots.
5. Legal basis of the Contract Law, Article 117, due to force majeure can not fulfill the contract, according to the impact of force majeure, partially or completely exempted from liability, except as otherwise provided by law.
6. The parties can not be exempted from liability if force majeure occurs after delayed performance.
7. The force majeure referred to in this Law, refers to the unforeseeable, unavoidable and can not overcome the objective circumstances.
