1. Assembling of templates
The templates should be assembled as a whole in strict accordance with the dimensions of the template drawings, and the deviation of the templates should be controlled within the allowable range of the specifications. After the templates are assembled, they are required to be inspected piece by piece. Whether the back fluting conforms to the template design, and whether the template number is consistent with the parts used.
2. The benchmark positioning work of the formwork first leads to the side columns or wall axis of the building, and uses this axis as the starting point to lead out each axis, and use ink lines to pop up the inner lines of the formwork according to the axis and the construction drawing. The side lines and outer control lines, 5 lines must be in place before construction to facilitate the installation and correction of the formwork.
3. Elevation measurement
Use a level to directly measure the horizontal elevation of the building to the installation position of the formwork according to actual requirements.
4. The vertical formwork should be supported according to the formwork support diagram, and ground anchors should be pre-embedded when the floor concrete is poured.
5. Parts and panels that are damaged or do not conform to the template design drawings shall not be put into use.
6. The assembled formwork blocks that have passed the inspection should be stacked according to the requirements. When overlapping, spacers should be placed between the layers. The formwork and the spacers should be flush with each other. The bottom formwork should be at least 10cm away from the ground. .
7. The steel bar binding and water and electricity pre-embedding are completed, and the hidden inspection procedures are completed.
8. The concrete construction joints have been cleaned and the laitance has been removed.
