Where is the second-hand car transfer in Yantai Development Zone?

Used cars in Yantai Development Zone are transferred to Yantai Vehicle Management Office. Before the vehicle is transferred, the road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents of the vehicle shall be handled. The current motor vehicle owner shall bring the current motor vehicle owner's identity certificate, motor vehicle ownership transfer certificate, vouchers and motor vehicle registration certificate, motor vehicle driving license and other materials to the local vehicle management office to fill in the application form and submit it.
