The Airway Team is a highly technical department in a healthcare organization that manages and maintains airway equipment within the department to provide oxygen therapy and respiratory support to patients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: regular inspection and maintenance of airway equipment to ensure its proper functioning; responsible for the operation and monitoring of oxygen therapy and respiratory support; assisting physicians with operations such as tracheal intubation and tracheotomy; performing respiratory physiotherapy and rehabilitation; and participating in first aid and intensive care, among other tasks.
