Bottle blowing machine is the polyester material of the bottle blank through a certain process means of blowing into the bottle machine, used to blow mineral water bottles, a variety of carbonated beverage bottles, as well as a variety of bottles of plastic hollow containers.PET bottle blowing machine is generally composed of the blank supply system, the heating system, the blowing system and other auxiliary systems. Before the blank enters the mold to start stretching, its heating temperature plays a vital role in the molding of the blank, in order to prevent the bottle from appearing white, opaque, uneven and other phenomena, so that the thickness of the product in all positions to meet the technical requirements, the temperature is generally between 80 ℃ and 120 ℃ for precise control. At present, the heating control method of PET bottle blowing machine is mainly AC voltage regulator and AC power regulator to realize the output heating power. AC voltage regulator in every half weekly wave on the thyristor opening phase control, realize the output voltage RMS value of the regulation. AC power regulation to the cycle of the alternating current as the basic unit, through the control of the thyristor to change the ratio of the number of cycles of the thyristor on and off, can be convenient to adjust the average value of the output power. Literature has proposed an optimization scheme of the circuit topology, compared the advantages and disadvantages of phase triggering and over-zero periodic wave triggering, and pointed out that it is difficult to achieve linear power regulation with phase triggering. People with fuzzy PID control, internal mode control, stochastic adaptive predictive control, variable coefficient PID regulation and other techniques for PET blowing machine temperature control theoretical research, simulation and application. However, in practice, due to the large amount of calculation of these control methods, online calculation is more difficult, and the external influencing factors are more complex, it is difficult to meet the actual process requirements. In this paper, for the characteristics of PET blow molding machine heating system, based on the specific application of the product, simple and practical design principles, the choice of LPC2292 as the core controller, the use of phase-triggered power regulation and voltage compensation on the heating power control, to achieve a stable and accurate adjustment of the output power during the heating process.
