In China's first manned astronauts in the main landing site area of medical support and rescue, medical supervision and medical insurance medical ambulance team equipped with a manned space medical ambulance, medical rescue helicopters, a full set of advanced portable first aid equipment. The medical ambulance medicines, instruments and equipments have been prepared for several months, equipped with a full set of advanced portable special medical first-aid equipments, envisioned a plan that can cope with various complicated situations, and also completed the development of special first-aid kits for the airborne troops in spaceflight, which filled the blank in this field in China. This time, the main landing site medical rescue team innovatively moved a high-quality ICU-enhanced medical ward to the grassland and desert in all-weather, which could ensure the safety of astronauts in unexpected situations, and achieved the first response speed and the first technical equipment, and applied years of research results in the field of clinical emergency treatment of critical illnesses to the medical support and rescue of the first-flight astronauts, and successfully accomplished the first-flight astronauts' medical protection and rescue mission. It has successfully completed the medical support and rescue tasks for the first-flight astronauts. The medical support and rescue of the first flight astronauts from the main landing site of China's manned spaceflight has verified our proposals of "three-dimensional rescue, rapid response", "medical treatment and casualties together", "a high-quality ICU can be strengthened and moved to the grassland 24 hours a day, 7 days a week", and "medical wards can be strengthened and moved to the grassland 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 7 days a week". Our theories of "three-dimensional rescue, rapid response", "medical treatment and the injured are together", and "if necessary, a high-quality ICU can be moved forward to the grassland or desert to provide decisive treatment for the injured at the scene" are feasible. This experience also suggests that the establishment of well-equipped, mobile and competent emergency medical teams with comprehensive treatment capabilities can provide timely and decisive treatment, including simple surgeries, at the scene of disasters and accidents and in emergency care for critically ill patients at the scene. This strategy has the potential to improve prognosis and reduce mortality rates of critically ill and injured patients at disaster sites in order to reduce disability and mortality rates.
