Dense board Dense board is made by soaking wood, tree technology and other objects in water, crushing and pressing. It is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber and coated with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesive. According to the different density, it can be divided into high density board, medium density board and low density board. Dense density board (MDF) is often used as the base material of cabinet door panels because of its advantages of softness, impact resistance, high strength, uniform density after pressing, and easy reprocessing, but its disadvantage is poor waterproof.
Moisture-proof paperboard
Moisture-proof board is the processing technology of particleboard, but the adhesive is changed into green waterproof and environmental protection adhesive, which overcomes the shortcomings of particleboard and has good waterproof performance, and can be used as the base material of cabinets and door panels.
cardboard
Particleboard is a kind of shaped board made of high-quality wood or small-diameter wood by cutting, gluing and pressing. The middle layer of particleboard is made of long wood fibers, and the two sides are made of fine wood fibers, which are pressed into plates by large machines. The bending resistance and nail holding power of particleboard are better than that of MDF. It is better to use imported particleboard: at present, almost all kitchen cabinets in Europe and America use particleboard, and the formaldehyde content of imported particleboard is low. It has reached the European E 1 environmental protection standard. The molecular structure is compact and the bending strength is high. More than 50% of the products are added with green moisture-proof agents. Even if the particleboard is soaked in water, the expansion rate will not exceed 8%.
