Maintenance of Vulcanizing Machine

The maintenance of vulcanizing machine should pay attention to the following problems:

1, the vulcanizing machine should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment, to avoid moisture caused by humidity and electrical wiring wet;

2, do not use the vulcanizing machine outdoors on rainy days, to prevent the electronic control box and heating plate into the water;

3, if the working environment is humid and watery, the dismantling of the vulcanizer, should be on the ground with objects to cushion the height of the machine. If the working environment is wet and watery, when disassembling and carrying the vulcanizing machine, you should use objects on the ground to raise it up, and don't let the machine come into direct contact with the water;

4. If the heating plate enters into the water due to the improper operation in the process of using, you should contact the manufacturer to repair it in the first place. If you need to carry out emergency repair, you can open the cover plate on the heating plate, pour out the water first, then set the electronic control box for manual operation, heating to 100 ℃, maintain a constant temperature for half an hour, dry the line, in the manual state of the belt gluing. At the same time, the manufacturer should be contacted in time for the overall replacement of the line.

5, vulcanizing machine in a longer period of time does not need to use the case, should be every half a month on the heating plate heating (temperature set at 100 ℃), keep the temperature for about half an hour.

6, after each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be released cleanly, especially in winter, if the water can not be released cleanly, often lead to premature aging of the water pressure plate rubber skin, the water pressure plate service life is reduced;

The correct way of releasing the water is to be carried out at the end of the vulcanization heat preservation before the vulcanizing machine is dismantled. If the water is released after the machine is disassembled, it may lead to the water in the water pressure plate can not be completely discharged.
