How to wire a four-pin pushbutton switch?

The connection of a four-pin pushbutton switch is relatively simple, as the two pins on the same side are directly connected. When wiring, simply connect one end of the wire to any of the pins on one side of the switch and the other end to any of the pins on the other side. If you are unsure about the connection relationship of the pins, you can use a multimeter to measure them. Usually the pins that are far apart are connected and the adjacent ones are grouped together. To make sure there are no errors, it is recommended to choose diagonal pins for connection.

A combination of, for example, 13 to 24, 14 to 23, etc. is feasible according to the wiring diagram. To be on the safe side, a diagonal connection is a foolproof strategy.

Key switches are widely used because of their advantages. Their features include low contact resistance, high operating accuracy, and a wide selection of specifications. Electronic devices, white goods such as stereos, digital products, remote controls, communication tools, home appliances, security systems, toys, computer products, fitness equipment, medical devices, and even money detectors and laser pointers have their presence. For the environmental conditions require harsh or bear large loads of occasions, such as medical equipment and TV remote control, usually choose conductive rubber or pot switch hardware shrapnel to replace the standard key switch.
