I. Persons taking the intermediate qualification examination in clinical medicine should have the following basic conditions:
(1) abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;
(2) abide by the Law of the People's Republic of China on Licensed Medical Practitioners and obtain the qualification of licensed medical practitioners;
(3) have a good medical ethics and dedication;
(4) physicians who have implemented the standardized training of medical residents must obtain a certificate of qualification of such training;
(5) have the right to apply for the qualification examination in clinical medicine. p>
(d) Physicians from medical institutions that have implemented standardized residency training shall obtain a certificate of qualification for such training.
Second, to participate in the intermediate qualification examination in clinical medicine, in addition to the conditions set out in Article 10, must also have one of the following conditions:
(a) obtaining medical secondary school education, employed as a physician for seven years.
(2) Obtained a college degree in medicine and has been employed as a physician for six years.
(c) Obtained a bachelor's degree in medicine and has been employed as a physician for four years.
(D) obtain a master's degree in clinical medicine and work as a physician for 2 years.
(E) Obtain a doctoral degree in clinical medicine.
Three, one of the following circumstances, may not apply for the examination for the qualification of clinical medicine:
(a) medical malpractice responsibility for less than 3 years.
(B) medical error responsible for less than 1 year.
(C) administrative sanctions within the period of sanctions.
(d) Those who have falsified their education or have committed disciplinary offenses during the examination period for less than 2 years.
(e) Other cases stipulated by the provincial health administrative department.
