recruitment of non-commissioned officers object: male fresh and former graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, the major of study in line with the needs of the army (professional inquiries), unmarried, no more than 24 years old; political and physical conditions, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the conscription of compulsory military. Subsidy object, scope and standard.
Beginning in 2015, the state has implemented state funding for higher education students directly recruited as non-commissioned officers, and when enlisted in the military, they will be compensated for the tuition fees paid during the school year, or they will be compensated for the state student loans they have received (including the campus-based state student loans and the credit student loans from the place of origin, hereinafter the same).

Subsidized years, procedures and management.
Directly recruited for the non-commissioned officer of the university students state funding for the years, in accordance with the state of undergraduate, college (higher vocational), graduate students and the second bachelor's degree is calculated according to the corresponding years of study.
The number of years for compensation of tuition fees or repayment of state student loans for graduates of college to bachelor's degree, bachelor's degree, higher vocational and second bachelor's degree shall be calculated in accordance with the time of completion of undergraduate, master's degree, higher vocational and second bachelor's degree study tasks, respectively.
