How to understand the review standard of business qualification qualification in bidding?
The Notice on Further Standardizing the Review of Business Qualifications in the Bidding and Tendering Process (NDRC Regulation [2020] No. 727) stipulates that, if the bidding project has clear requirements for the bidder's business qualifications, the bidder should be examined to see if it has been granted administrative licenses and has obtained the relevant qualifications. The introduction of the document does not mean that enterprises without a medical business device business license or record can produce Class II and Class III medical devices. For the law need to obtain administrative licenses or record to engage in specific industries, should first obtain the relevant license or complete the record.
