Destruction of production and management of public security penalties

According to the "Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security on the jurisdiction of the public security organs of the criminal case of the provisions of the standard of recourse (a)" Article 34: "destruction of production and management of the case (Criminal Law Article 276)] due to the venting of anger and retaliation or other personal purposes, the destruction of machinery and equipment, mutilated farm animals, or other methods of destruction of production and management, suspected of one of the following circumstances:

(a) causing public and private property losses of more than five thousand yuan; (b) destruction of production operations for more than three times; (c) the collection of more than three blatant destruction of production operations; (d) other destruction of production operations should be held criminally responsible for the circumstances."

If the above conditions are not met, it is a civil dispute and should be punished by the police.

Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be given a warning or fined less than 200 yuan; if the circumstances are more serious, he or she shall be detained for not less than 5 days and not more than 10 days, and may be fined not more than 500 yuan:

(a) disturbing the order of an organization, group, enterprise, or institution, which prevents the work, production, business, medical care, teaching, or scientific research from proceeding normally, and has not yet resulted in serious damage;

(b) disrupting the order of a stations, ports, terminals, airports, shopping malls, parks, exhibition halls or other public **** place of order;

(3) disturbing the order of the public **** cars, trams, trains, ships, aircraft or other public **** transportation;

(4) unlawfully intercepting or forcibly boarding, pickpocketing motor vehicles, ships, aircraft, as well as other means of transportation, affecting the normal movement of the vehicle;

(4) illegal interception or forced boarding, pickpocketing motor vehicles, ships, aircraft and other means of transportation;

(5) the normal movement of the vehicle.

(v) disrupting the order of elections held in accordance with the law.

If a crowd commits the acts in the preceding paragraph, the prime mover shall be sentenced to 10 days or more than 15 days of detention, and may be fined up to 1000 yuan.
