First make the mold according to your product drawing or sample
Then heat and soften the ABS sheet in the blister machine and cover it on the blister mold. Seal around it and draw off the vacuum inside so that the sheet is completely adhered tightly to the mold. This will give you the exact same shape as the mold, and then use a fan and water spray to cool the sheet. Removing the mold is sufficient!
