Make sure your Apple Watch is comfortable to wear.
Open the Blood Oxygen app on your Apple Watch.
Stay still and make sure your wrist is flat and your Apple Watch is facing up.
Tap to start, then keep your arms steady for 15 seconds.
It takes 15 seconds to wait for the measurement.
The measurement results are displayed, click Finish.
