Departments and personnel approved by the State Council for uniform dress code are:
1. People's police officers on staff in the people's police formations under the public security organs who are given police ranks;
2. Police officers on staff in the prison and re-education-through-labor departments under the judiciary who are in charge of the management of the prisons and re-education-through-labor departments and who are given police ranks;
3. Trial attorneys, assistant trial attorneys, clerks and judicial police officers on staff in the court system;
4, Judges, assistant judges, clerks and judicial police officers in the court system;
4. Procurators, assistant procurators, clerks and judicial police officers in the procuratorate system;
5. Staff members of the Customs system who belong to the Customs establishment and have been awarded the rank of Customs officer and anti-smuggling police officers;
6. Staff members of the State and Local Taxation systems directly engaged in the collection of taxes;
7. Staff members of the industry and commerce administration departments who are directly engaged in the supervision and inspection of markets;
8. Staff directly engaged in market supervision and inspection;
8. Staff engaged in inspection and quarantine at the ports of the State Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Department;
9. Full-time staff directly engaged in food hygiene supervision in the health sector;
10. Full-time fishery officials engaged in fishery supervision and inspection tasks in the coastal, border and inland waters belonging to the agriculture sector, full-time staff engaged in agricultural Phytosanitary full-time staff, open ports engaged in foreign fishing vessel inspection and fishing port supervision full-time staff;
11. Forestry department full-time staff engaged in forest plant quarantine;
12. Transportation department belongs to the open ports engaged in port supervision and full-time staff of foreign ship inspection, inland river port supervision staff, also including highway Law enforcement officers;
13. The State Oceanic Administration's fleet of marine survey ships and full-time staff and crew engaged in the work of marine surveillance ships.

When the staff of a state organ requests to wear uniform uniform clothing due to the needs of administrative law enforcement, its approval authority lies with the State Council, and neither the local people's governments at all levels nor the departments of the State Council have the authority to approve it.
