Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Informatization Construction of Geological Data Management in Tibet Autonomous Region

Abstract This paper describes the status quo of informatization construction of geologic data management in the Tibet Autonomous Region and some existing problems, and discusses countermeasures and measures to solve the actual problems based on the author's many years of experience in informatization work and long-term research.

Informatization is the general trend of economic and social development in today's world, and information technology with network technology and multimedia technology as its core has become a creative tool for expanding the ability of human beings. The level of informatization has become an important symbol of a country's modernization and comprehensive national strength, and a strategic high point for the future development of the country or region, and, of course, an important symbol for measuring the level of geological data management and work efficiency. The requirements of the information society on the management of geological data and the impact of information technology on the management of geological data have prompted a radical change in the traditional working mode, and the transformation of the management of geological data is an effective way to realize the modernization of the management of geological data and to improve the service to the society and the enjoyment of the information resources ****.

Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", with the state and the Tibet Autonomous Region geological data on information technology work attaches great importance to the autonomous region has also accelerated the pace of digitization of the collection of data, now the autonomous region's results of the geological data accumulated more than 3,000 files, of which more than 1,300 electronic files in the geological data remittance, need to digitize about 1,800 files, has been completed digitization. About 1800 files have been digitized, 673 files have been completed, and 368 files are planned to be completed in 2014. However, there are still some problems in the development and utilization of geological data information resources, the level of socialized service of geological data information resources is not high enough, and the means of development and utilization of geological data information is still backward. The social ****sharing of geological data and information resources has not yet been truly realized. The utilization of geological data mainly relies on manual search. Digital geological data information has not yet played a pivotal role in social utilization.

Although after years of efforts in the autonomous region of geological data information technology construction has made significant progress, for the region's geological data management has played a positive and important role, information technology construction not only improves the quality and efficiency of the work, and promotes the standardization of the management and innovation, and enhance the business capacity. However, there is a big gap between the requirements of "establishing and improving the information***sharing and socialized service system of geological data, accelerating the use of modern information technology, and constructing the data center and information service system of geological data" and the pace of development of the times as proposed by the state. Therefore, the construction of informationization of geological data management in autonomous regions is not optimistic, and the existing problems cannot be avoided. Therefore, analyzing the current situation of geological data management informatization in the autonomous region has a very important role and significance in strengthening the future construction work of geological data management informatization.

1 Analysis of the current situation

1.1 Insufficient knowledge of information technology

Insufficient knowledge of the construction of geological data management information technology, not enough attention, so that the construction of geological data system and in the application of hardware limitations. Many people think that geological data informatization is simply using the computer to enter the relevant information, will be saved in the computer is informatization. Many leaders and employees have a superficial understanding of information technology construction, and believe that it has little to do with them. Many people have the psychology of resistance, feel that information technology construction has disrupted the previous work pattern, adding a lot of extra workload for themselves. In the process of work, often as long as the encounter a little about the information technology of small problems feel that the information technology this thing is not good, not to mention the increase in workload but also increase the trouble to learn too much of the system, to remember too much of something too messy, and in the autonomous region of the majority of the workers are older, information technology is relatively difficult for them to use this new thing. 1.2 Informatization construction team strength is not strong

Tibet due to the conditions of hardship, it is often difficult to recruit mainland excellent information technology personnel, many workers engaged in the information technology industry are from other professions to change their profession over, information technology construction team non-specialized workers accounted for a larger proportion of the team; more most of the workers engaged in the information technology work is because of the unit has to have business dealings with the higher units, but there is no professional staff. Most of the workers engaged in informatization work are because they have to have business transactions with higher units, but there are no professional informatizers, so the units can only arrange for those younger or more interested in computers to take up part-time jobs, so they have to take up other jobs and engage in informatization work at the same time. There are also some units that consider their business work much more important than informatization work, while informatization work is only to cope with the work of superiors, which is dispensable. These reasons have caused the autonomous region of land and resources information construction team overall quality is not high, the power is not strong situation, seriously restricting the development of information technology construction and application.

1.3 Geological data file management is not enough

2 Countermeasures and measures

To fundamentally change the problems of the autonomous region's geological data management informatization construction work, it is necessary to take the necessary countermeasures and measures.2.1 Improve the ideological understanding

2.2 Improve the informatization quality of geological data management personnel

It is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the construction of the informatization team of geological data management. First of all, we should make full use of the digital working and learning environment to improve the efficiency and learning ability of the staff.
