Site requirements and equipment requirements. Hainan Province's scrapped car recycling and dismantling workshops have the following two requirements:
1. Site requirements. The operating area is not less than 10,000 square meters, of which the operating area (including storage and dismantling sites) is not less than 6,000 square meters. The floor of scrap car storage sites (including temporary storage) must be hardened and leak-proof. Set up a used parts warehouse. The main drainage outlet of the storage site and dismantling workshop should be equipped with an oil-water separation device and a drainage ditch connected to it.
2. Facility and equipment requirements. Equipped with vehicle weighing, lifting and transportation equipment. It has an indoor dismantling pre-treatment platform, and is equipped with a special waste liquid collection device and special closed containers for classifying various waste liquids.
