Xiamen Central Blood Station was officially established in November 1990, is a collection, blood supply and blood transfusion research in one of the health care institutions. Currently there are nine departments: Office, Operations, Finance, Blood Donation, Blood Supply, Ingredients, Laboratory, Quality Control, Research. There are five fixed blood collection points in Huli, Tong'an, Jimei, Zhenbang Road, Taishan Road, and mobile blood collection points in the railway station, Fushan HaoYuDuo, Jiahe LaiYa, SM Commercial City, Huli Dahui, etc. Our station shoulders the task of clinical blood supply to more than 60 medical units within the Xiamen City area, and receives more than 40,000 gratuitous blood donors every year with a volume of more than 12 million milliliters of blood supply.
