Chapter II Organization and Responsibilities Article 8 The main responsibilities of the Patriotic Health Committee:

(3) guidance, coordination, supervision, inspection and assessment of patriotic health work;

Medical and health institutions should strengthen training and publicity of knowledge and skills for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, chronic non-communicable diseases and accidental injuries.
Enterprises should conduct targeted health training for management and operating personnel to control occupational injuries, occupational diseases and related diseases.
Schools, pre-school educational institutions should be in accordance with the relevant national and provincial requirements for health education activities, strengthen the health psychology counseling, cultivate healthy lifestyles and behavioral habits, improve students' self-care ability and health level. Article 15 Citizens shall learn health knowledge and skills, develop a healthy and civilized way of life, abide by the code of hygienic behavior and public **** environmental sanitation regulations, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
(a) spitting, spitting betel nut residue, spitting chewing gum, feces and drowning;
(b) littering of fruit and vegetable peels, confetti, cigarette butts, wrappings and other wastes;
(c) not timely remove the feces of pets kept;
(d) indiscriminate dumping of domestic garbage, sewage, feces;
(e) throwing objects out of buildings and vehicles;
(f) graffiti, carvings, and postings on urban roads, buildings, structures, and facilities;
(g) other behaviors that affect the environmental hygiene of the public **** place.
