Measuring medical equipment

Classified management adopts the management method of emphasizing key points and giving consideration to the general. According to the actual situation, the technical requirements of main products and the characteristics of low value and easy consumption of commonly used measuring instruments, the measuring instruments are divided into three categories: A, B and C for management.

First, the classification principle of measuring instruments

(1) Scope of Class A measuring instruments:

1. Company's highest measurement standards and measurement standard instruments;

2. Measuring instruments used for trade settlement, safety protection, medical care and environmental monitoring, and included in the scope of compulsory verification;

3. Measuring instruments for key parameters in production process and quality inspection;

4. Measuring instruments for calculating incoming and outgoing materials;

5. Measuring instruments with high accuracy or frequent use and poor reliability in precision testing.

(2) Scope of Class B measuring instruments:

1. Measuring instruments in safety protection, medical care and environmental monitoring, but not included in the scope of compulsory verification;

2. Measuring instruments for non-critical parameters in the production process;

3. Measuring instruments for testing general parameters of product quality;

4. Measuring instruments for secondary and tertiary energy measurement;

5. Measuring instruments for internal material management.

(3) Scope of Class C measuring instruments:

1. Low-value consumable measuring instruments that are not subject to compulsory verification;

2. Energy distribution measuring instruments and auxiliary production measuring instruments in the company's living quarters;

3. Measuring instruments that have no precise requirements for measurement data during use;

4. The national metrological administrative department explicitly allows one-time verification of measuring instruments.

Second, the classification management of measuring instruments

(1) Measures for the Administration of Class A Measuring Instruments

1 measuring instruments. If it is compulsory verification, it must be carried out in strict accordance with the verification management measures of the national metrological administrative department. Measuring instruments that are not subject to compulsory verification shall be regularly verified in accordance with relevant verification management measures, rules and regulations and verification cycle;

2. Conduct spot checks on measuring instruments with high accuracy, changeable values and frequent use, and strengthen daily supervision and management;

3. The number of Class A measuring instruments should be able to ensure that the measuring instruments can be verified on schedule, and the production and business activities can be carried out normally during the verification and maintenance;

4. Class A measuring instruments are controlled and managed by the measurement management department in principle.

(2) Measures for the Administration of Class B Measuring Instruments

1. For the measuring instruments listed in the scope of Class B management, which meet the requirements of the national verification regulations, periodic verification shall be carried out according to regulations;

2. Measuring instruments (testing equipment) that need calibration without verification regulations shall be calibrated according to regulations;

3. The quantity of Class B measuring instruments should ensure the normal production and business activities of the enterprise.

(3) Measures for the Administration of Class C Measuring Instruments

1. The measuring instruments of general tools can be verified and effectively managed at one time according to the actual use;

2. There is no strict requirement for accuracy, and the measuring instruments for low-value consumables and tools whose performance is not easy to change can be arranged for one-time verification before use;

3. Class C measuring instruments should be supervised and managed, such as irregular spot check, comparison and proofreading.
