Brief introduction of Longhu People's Hospital in Shantou City

Longhu People's Hospital of Shantou City is located at No.8/KLOC-0, Rongjiang Road, longhu district, Shantou City. It is a comprehensive secondary hospital built and put into use at the end of 1994, and it is one of the designated hospitals of basic medical insurance for employees in Shantou. The hospital consists of a six-story outpatient building, a twelve-story inpatient building, a four-story rehabilitation building and an annex building. There are 206 beds in the hospital, and there are 2 17 full-time staff, including senior title 17, intermediate title 36 and health technicians accounting for 85.8%. The hospital has complete clinical departments, including emergency department, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, rehabilitation, traditional Chinese medicine, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine, dermatology, anorectum and so on. It is the emergency center of longhu district Red Cross. Two projects, stomatology and ophthalmology, won the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, ranking at the advanced level in eastern Guangdong.
